Spilt water on my desktop pc. Thought it was fried and toast. Lights still came on, so I thought there was still hope. Their rates were extremely fair, and he ended up being able to salvage the whole pc except for the graphics card. Will always be a return customer!

I always get great support and customer service from TBC. I had a video card die in an old system a year ago and they helped with a replacement. When Chad found out the new card wouldn't work with my system he took it back for a refund with no issues. He then advised me that the best option was to find a used one online and pointed me in the right direction. So last week when my old system started having issues I got in touch with TBC to order a replacement. Cindy provided a quote for a great system at a fair price. It was ready quickly and they took great care to ensure everything was handled safely during covid-19. Appreciate the service and definitely recommend TBC.
